Have we lost touch with the edge of innovation by focusing on incremental steps?  What if the next possible evolution of human kind, beyond these baby steps? For thousands of years man has built shelter from earthen and natural materials, and entire cultures, religions and languages continue to evolve on the basis of the regionally available resources. Sustainability is the present moment; lets explore new environmentalism and take a look at how disaster relief, music festivals, building codes and a little old world technology are shaping the future.  Kevin Rowell is the Building Director for Symbiosis Gatherings and a Facilitator for Portugal’s Boom Festival.
